SHIPPING:

You will receive your doll in a cotton bag, tissue wrapped and beautifully packed in a gift wrapped sturdy postage box. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Orders are posted via Australia Post from Western Australia. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:  

Economic shipping will take 3-7 business days to arrive once posted. This includes tracking and insurance. We offer a $20 flat rate shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

 

Economic shipping will take 10-20 business days once posted. Please be patient as this may depending on the destination. This includes tracking and insurance. We offer a $30 flat rate shipping.  

 

Your order may be subject to custom fees, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anahata Friends is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local postal services if you are unsure.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unboxed, unused and in its original box and condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at niro.boycegmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
